Elementary and High School students
We visit your classroom to deliver TSL workshops in English or in French. These sessions are always a transformative experience for everyone. Young people have so much to communicate. When vocabulary is limited, theatre offers alternative ways of expression.

ESL Students
THEATRE + ESL = TSL
Acquiring language skills and finding employment are two areas in which TSL can help.
If your English is level 6 or more and finding employment is a priority, TSL offers 4 original and highly focussed Employment Workshops to help you get ahead.

Learning English with TSL
TSL classes are unique. Based on the premise that language is only one part of human communication, TSL instructors incorporate theatre techniques that involve the whole body and takes us beyond intellectual understanding. Whether you wish to improve your English skills or want to feel more comfortable using idiomatic expressions or speaking in public, our TSL classes offer a transformative experience. Leaving aside paper and pen, TSL uses our shared human experience to build programs that help us promote ourselves to others, to employers, to co-workers or to clients.
Improving your overall communication skills will improve your life in general. Improving your English skills will improve your life in British Columbia. By developing more ways to communicate, we create opportunities for ourselves. Once we can connect with others, self-confidence to speak out and language acquisition follows naturally.

Regular TSL Classes are available afternoons and evenings for:
• Beginners (English levels 1 to 5)
• Intermediates (levels 6 to 10)
• Advanced (levels 10 and higher)

Regular TSL Classes are offered at our location in the afternoon and evenings. Through our “Corporate” and “Government” divisions, TSL instructors can also come to your work place for groups of 5 and more.
